Rates & Policies:

In order to keep our homes clean and free of allergens we do not allow smoking or pets.

Winter Rates – end of October until just before Memorial Day weekend
$200/unit/day, 2-day minimum, seventh night free.
Shoulder Season Rates – Memorial Day weekend through June 14 and after Labor Day through end of October
$225/unit/day, 3 day minimum, seventh night free.
Summer Rates - June 15 through Labor Day
$250/unit/day, 3 day minimum, seventh night free.
If the schedule permits, 2 day stays can be arranged but are subject to a $50 extra fee.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of  deposit of ½ of the total charges. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival, along with a refundable security deposit of $300 which will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.  Basic cleaning is included in the price.

Payment may be made by personal checks, direct deposit, money order, or cashier’s check. Credit card processing available for last-minute bookings through Paypal..
All charges subject to a 7% Lodging Tax.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations from 14 to 30 days will receive ½ of booking. Cancellations within 2 weeks receive no refund. During off-peak seasons, a full refund will be granted 21 days in advance.

2008 Policy change: Rates will remain the same and a base cleaning charge of $80 will be implemented.
